Cordoba (1993). Postdegree: International Academy Law of the Hayes
(1982). Professor of Financial and Tax Law in the University Complutense
of Madrid. Author of five books on Financial and Tax Law. Secretary of the
Foundation IDEOR. Member: Former office Defense of the Taxpayer.
International Bar Association. Member International Fiscal Association and
the Spanish Association of Financial Law. Secretary of the Commission of
the General Tributary Law Bill, member of the Local Household Tasks. Patron
